These terms govern your use of ScribeAI, operated by Pharoah Technology Ltd (company no. 17220127), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using ScribeAI you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ScribeAI is a drafting aid, not a medical device and not a clinical decision-making tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise. Every note it produces is a draft that a qualified clinician must read, correct and approve before it goes anywhere near a patient record. You remain professionally and legally responsible for what you sign off.
ScribeAI turns a consultation transcript you provide into a structured draft clinical note. It currently supports dermatology and physiotherapy note formats. Output is generated by an AI model and will sometimes be wrong, incomplete, or invented, including any suggested codes. Check everything.
ScribeAI is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals, or people working under their direction, in the course of their practice. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms.
ScribeAI currently runs as a free service with a small daily generation limit per connection. There is no paid plan, no checkout and no subscription in operation. If that changes, the terms and price will be published here first — we will never charge you for something you did not knowingly buy.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, or change the free limit, at any time and without notice.
You keep all rights in the transcripts you submit and the notes you generate. We claim no ownership of either, and we do not store them — see the Privacy Policy. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit your transcript to our AI provider in order to generate your note.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScribeAI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output. We are not liable for any clinical decision, patient outcome, regulatory finding, loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using ScribeAI at any time; there is no account to close. We may withdraw access if the service is misused or if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
